Snow in South Texas? 1973

This don't happen but once in a blue moon here.

This is usually what we get. Woke up to this one morning. Sold the car not long after this photo taken.

What it looked like when I bought it back

Lots of work needed

Put the pieces back on it just to see what I had.

Lots of stuff just thrown in

Shouldn't take too long to fix up

Minor stuff

Hope it's all there

Many small pieces to go thru

Just getting started

New rear tailpan

Covering up a large hole someone cut for a shifter

more parts to install

took it to a guy to do the body work and paint. It sat like this for almost 8 months. All he did was the front clip and some trim.

Decided I could do it all myself.

Had to redo what he had done. Fenders with PPG epoxy primer waiting for paint.

Dash is primed and ready

Ready for base

Got the firewall, dash, jambs, and lots of trim done. Two coats red base and three coats clear. All PPG products.

Inner fender well

Trial fitting the MasterPower booster and lines

Routing the front lines

Finally warmed up enough to spray some paint again. Two coats base and three coats clear.
